Warning of duplicate project

When a user is about to create a project with an identical name to another project, there should be a warning that there is already a project with the exact same name. All project names should be unique. Because if not, how will people know which one is the OG and which one is a scam or duplicate.

Thanks for the feedback, we're looking into this!
We'll likely need a multi-pronged solution. Duplicate name prevention helps, but isn't bulletproof as users could still create similar looking project names.
A more robust solution would probably include displaying a unique ID / hash for each project combined with a reputation system to help users identify which projects were created by reputable users.
